We provide AI software development and operation (SaaS), AI consulting and process reorganisation, and the creation and management of e-commerce stores. Our services are intended for businesses and professionals.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal prevails.

The initial 30-minute strategy call is free and without obligation.

Proposals are valid for 30 days. An engagement starts once the proposal is accepted in writing and, when applicable, the deposit is received.

Prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Fixed-price projects: typically 50% deposit on signature and the balance on delivery, or according to the milestones in the proposal.

Retainers, managed services and SaaS subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually.

Invoices are payable within 14 days. We accept bank transfers and card payments; card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Late payments may lead to suspension of the services after written notice.

Projects: you may cancel at any time by email. You pay for the work performed up to the cancellation date; any amount prepaid beyond that work is refunded within 14 days. The deposit covers project set-up and is non-refundable once work has started.

Subscriptions and retainers: you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. First-time SaaS subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment.

Products sold on e-commerce stores operated by us are governed by the shipping, return and refund policy published on each store.

To request a refund or cancellation, write to contact@orbis-nova.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

You provide accurate information, timely access to the people, data and tools we need, and the rights to any content you supply.

Delays caused by missing inputs may shift the timeline.

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, methods and know-how, and grant you a non-exclusive licence to use them as part of the deliverables.

SaaS products operated by us remain our property; subscribers receive a right to use them for the duration of the subscription.

Our solutions rely on AI models that can make mistakes. Outputs should be reviewed before important decisions. Unless agreed in writing, we do not guarantee specific business results; targets defined in a proposal are commitments of means, which we pursue through iteration.

Each party keeps confidential the non-public information received from the other and uses it only for the engagement.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amounts you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; failing agreement, they will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
